Just looking for some help.

If I have this or this S3 dev board and this C6 board, can I use the pinout guide to make it work together?

Which options from the table do I use? What firmwares would work best? Do I need to connect only the mentioned pins or are there any additional components needed?

The idea is to make it on a breadboard and then move to the permaboard without the need to buy PCBs and wait for the delivery.

In your case, connect the pins on your S3 from column 'Yellow AP', to the corresponding pins on your C6 from column 'ESP32-C6'
