Describe the bug
If setting the Jerusalem timezone on the AP, the resulting time is something like GMT.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

set jersusalem timezone
click save
observe current time by pushing an update to the tag with timestamp enabled.

Expected behavior
correct time for jerusalem timezone..
