Hello,
I flashed Yellow AP via https://install.openepaperlink.de/ for the S3 and then the C6.
I also tried connecting the C6 separately via USB. I also flashed the C6 with esptool.
But there seems to be no connection between the two boards.
Is there any way I can check if they are communicating correctly?

I was able to flash the C6 by connecting GPIO9 to the ESP32's chassis during the flashing process.
Now, I only have one problem on the Access Point overview at 192.168.178...: in the upper right corner, I see a "! failed" message. That shouldn't be there. What do I need to change?

I have similar problem and no idea what I can do or check. All flashing went fine.
Any idea what's going on?
@hacki033 commented on GitHub (Nov 23, 2025):
No one can help?
@hacki033 commented on GitHub (Dec 11, 2025):
@AlBundy00 did you solve the problem?
Could someone please give me a tip on what else I can do?
What other logs or information do I need?
pls Thanks in advance.
@AlBundy00 commented on GitHub (Dec 11, 2025):
I did not solve it. I was at a friend and we flashed an access point and it worked. I went home and reflashed (because of another WLAN) and what should I say: It came again up with just "Failed to come online ;-("
No hints why. After that I lost interest. Now lying around in a corner. There are other things to have fun with... ;-)
@Zippochonda commented on GitHub (Jan 22, 2026):
I have the same Problem and dont know what to do, C6 flashing says sucess, but no AP online.
