I flashed a Solum M3 EL042F3WRA with the latest firmware (0x40) and it seems like it has some issues.
Most obviously, the display is mirrored. Is there a setting for that available?
It picked up my AP right away but it seems very few of the content sources sync correctly and OTA firmware is not working (it fails trying to auto-update from 0x28 to 0x29):

Yes, Silabs based tags don't/can't auto-update since the autoupdate logic tries to push nRF firmware. Manual OTA should work.

I think you might be the first user with a Silabs version of that display size. I created the display drivers for EFR32 'dry' based off of the nRF port, so I might have missed something. Applying a mirror in the firmware is an easy fix - can you log a ticket with your tag's UD/UICR content in https://github.com/OpenEPaperLink/Tag_FW_EFR32xG22 and we'll take it from there?
