Wokingham source includes "Today" rather than day name
...
If a collection is today, the web page says for example, "Today 13/08/2024" rather than "Tuesday 13/08/2024". So update waste_date to just look at the date itself and not the text part in the span text.

* Update Wokingham source and wizard.
Wokingham is changing from weekly collections of rubbish/recycling/food waste, and two weekly collections of garden waste, to rubbish and recycling being two weekly on alternate weeks, food waste staying weekly and garden waste remaining unchanged at two weekly.
These changes start from 12th August and the council have a new web page with the details - https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/rubbish-and-recycling/waste-collection/see-your-new-bin-collection-dates
This update moves the source and wizard over to the new pages.
