This tag seems to use the same pinout as the 4.2" tag, with the board in a slightly different layout.

The EEPROM is a non-SFDP GD25WD40C, whereas the smaller versions use a 1MByte EEPROM with SFDP.

The 4 batteries are wired as 2s2p. Replace all batteries simultaneously, and replace with 4x the same type, or you may end up backcharging one pair.
